What is Concierge company?
We are a Personal Assistant, Errand and Concierge service provider. We serve individuals and companies.

What areas do you service?
We serve primarily Johnson County Kansas but will also travel to Missouri.

Are you licensed, bonded and/or insured?
Yes, all of the above.  

How much do you charge?
Prices start at $45. Monthly packages are less expensive and are avaliable.

How can this service help me?
We can help you by taking care of the things you don't want to do or don't have time to do. We become
your personal assistant / concierge so you can spend time doing the things you enjoy.

What if I have a quick errand that doesn’t require much time?
We will book as little as a quarter hour if that’s all you need!  

Are your services available on holidays?
Yes, we work holidays--but book early!  There is an extra charge for major holidays.

What is a Virtual Assistant?
A Virtual Assistant (VA) is an independent entrepreneur providing administrative, creative and/or technical services.  Utilizing advanced technology to communicate and deliver data, the professional VA assists clients in his area of expertise from his own office on a contract basis.

Can you provide personal assistant services, such as typing or research through the Internet?
Yes, we can provide those services and more in virtual and/or real time.

How does the service work?
We have several easy options, you contact us by telephone or email with your request.

What if I need a service not listed?
We are here to help you, so if you don't see the service listed, just ask.

How do I pay for the services?
For your convenience we accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover, cash, money order or traveler ’s checks. Please note that payments are due at the time the service is provided.

How much notice do I need to give you?
It is best to schedule your services with at least 24 hours notice, but we are happy to be of service with little or no notice when possible. We have a 24 hour answering machine for your convenience and all calls are responded to promptly.

What if I need after hours or weekend services?
After hours and weekend services are available at an additional fee.

What kind of services do you offer to hospital patients?
We offer a variety of services from picking up forgotten items from home to delivering something that you crave. For families who spend a great deal of time at the hospital, we can run errands so you don't have to.

How can I become a preferred vendor?
Please call or send an email telling us all about your services and the rate you charge.
